Polish debt collector Kruk is accelerating its expansion into the US and UK as it seeks new sources of growth beyond continental Europe.
The company is considering direct purchases of debt portfolios as well as opportunistic acquisitions of profitable competitors in the two markets, Chief Executive Officer Piotr Krupa said in an interview. Krupa, who founded Kruk, owns an 8.7% stake in the company.

SK Hynix’s Solidigm has selected Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as lead banks for a potential US initial public offering in 2027 that could raise about $10bn.
The flash memory maker is also working with the two banks to finalize a pre-IPO funding round. Terms of the potential offering have not yet been finalized.

Australian data center company Firmus Grid closed the books on its initial public offering as investors raised concerns that the struggling deal could be pulled.
The bookbuilding closed as scheduled in Australia, but the company had struggled to attract sufficient demand for its AUD11 ($7.66) marketed share price. The final price and structure of the offering had not been determined at the time of closing.

Malaysian semiconductor firm SQ Advanced Interconnect is considering raising about MYR300m ($73m) in an initial public offering in the first quarter of 2027.
The Penang-based company, which also operates a plant in China, could seek a valuation of up to MYR1.5bn ($366.8m) in the listing. Terms of the potential offering, including its size and timing, have yet to be finalized.

Tencent Holdings is considering an offshore bond sale of as much as $5bn as technology companies increasingly turn to debt markets to fund growing artificial intelligence investments.
The notes could be denominated in US dollars and offshore yuan, with the offering potentially coming as early as October 2026. Terms of the potential sale have not been finalized.

Reliance Industries’ shares could offer investors a cheaper way to gain exposure to Jio Platforms after the telecom unit lists, with analysts estimating a substantial discount to the value of its stake.
Reliance’s share price implies a roughly 36% discount on its two-thirds holding in Jio, according to Nimish Maheshwari, co-founder of independent research firm Beat The Street. Maheshwari estimates a sustainable discount of about 25%, broadly in line with the valuation applied to Bharti Airtel’s holdings in its listed subsidiaries.
