General Atlantic has completed the acquisition of home-care provider Team Services Holding in a deal valued at about $3bn, including debt.
The company agreed to acquire the business from Alpine Investors earlier in 2026, with the transaction closing last week at a valuation of roughly 10 times earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization.
