President Donald Trump said that Lachlan Murdoch, Larry Ellison and Michael Dell would participate as US investors in a proposed deal to keep TikTok’s US operations running.

Shareholders of Neptune Insurance Holdings plan to raise $368.4m in a US initial public offering by selling 18.4m shares priced between $18 and $20 each. Neptune itself will not issue new shares.
Cornerstone investors have indicated interest in the offering, which could value the company at up to $2.8bn.

Egyptian billionaire Nassef Sawiris is planning to invest up to $50bn in US infrastructure projects while consolidating his business holdings.
He is merging OCI Global into his family’s Abu Dhabi-listed Orascom Construction after selling more than $11.6bn of assets over the past two years.

Spanish lender BBVA announced it had increased its offer for smaller competitor Sabadell by 10%, valuing the deal at €17bn ($19.9bn), in a bid to establish the country’s second-largest bank by assets. BBVA initially approached Sabadell in April 2024, but the proposal turned hostile the following month, reflecting its strategy to strengthen its domestic presence after years of fast-paced international growth.
Direct Travel, a corporate travel management company, completed the acquisition of ATPI, a travel management firm, according to press releases. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Pinkfong, the creator of “Baby Shark,” plans to raise up to KRW76bn ($55m) in an initial public offering in Seoul.
The company will issue 2m new shares priced between KRW32k ($22.9) and KRW38k ($27.2) each, giving it a potential market value of about KRW545bn ($390m).
