KKR is nearing an agreement to acquire medical device outsourcing company Integer Holdings in a deal that would value the company at about $127 per share.

South Korea plans $14bn AI investment fund. (Bloomberg)

South Korea plans to inject KRW20tn ($13.9bn) into its sovereign wealth fund to support strategic investments in artificial intelligence, data centers and infrastructure.

The new investment account within Korea Investment Corporation will also be permitted to invest in domestic assets for the first time.
