BASF has invited banks to pitch for roles on an initial public offering of its Agricultural Solutions division in Frankfurt, in what could be one of the largest offerings the bourse has seen in recent years.

AS Watson, the Hong Kong-based owner of UK retailer Superdrug and part of CK Hutchison, is considering delaying its planned stock market listing until next year.
